  • The on-line purchases done from the philatelic bureau Mumbai GPO from this site is subject to the following conditions. (Read Disclaimer Policy for conditions about other aspects.)


  • The supply jurisdiction are places within India and outside of India as well.


  • Acceptance of orders will be subject to stock.


  • Cancellation of orders once made will be subject to the discretion of the bureau.


  • The dispatch of items ordered will be by registered post and subject to India Post’s rules on registered post.


  • Necessary Postage, Registration and Air-surcharge charges will be applicable on all dispatches to outside of India. This will be based on the weight of the items being dispatched. No Air-surcharge will be applicable for dispatches within India.


  • The expected delivery time is within 7 days of the receipt of payment for places within Maharashtra, and 15 days elsewhere in India.


  • The bureau will not be responsible for unintentional delay in delivery of items ordered.


  • Mode of payment is Money Order of India Post or demand draft of a bank in favour of The Director(Philately), Philatelic Bureau, Mumabi GPO - 400001 Other modes are not accepted.


  • If payment is not received within 10 days of ordering the items, the order is liable to be cancelled by the Bureau without notice.
